What we collect, and why.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, so we can make it clearer. It records:

• Pages you visit, the buttons and links you press, the sections you view, and how far you scroll.
• Which assessment step you reach and which answer options you pick. These are option codes only, such as “weekly”.
• Your device type, browser, approximate location (city level, from Google), and the site that referred you.

It never receives your name, email, phone number, organization name, or anything you type. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize a returning browser. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization.

You can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

The assessment

Your answers stay in your browser unless you ask us to email the report. When you do, we keep your name, email, optional phone number, any colleague addresses you add, and your answers. We use them to send the report and to follow up with you. Each colleague receives one email with the report.

Booking a call

When you book, we keep your name, email, optional organization and note, and the time you chose. We use them to schedule the call and send the calendar invite.

Who processes it

We use Google for hosting, analytics, email, and calendar. We do not use your details for advertising.
